CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing to book an appointment with me. I understand that life can be full of unexpected surprises which may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, in order to respect the time of my dedication and other clients waiting for appointments, I kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling🤍 Deposits are non-refundable if there is no reschedule— no returns, no exceptions. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will apply. This fee must be paid in full before booking any future appointments with us. If you no-show your scheduled appointment without providing advance notice or cancel same-day, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost will be applied. Rebooking will be permitted upon payment of the cancellation fee. To avoid incurring the full charge, please communicate any schedule changes or cancellations at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
